Loctech IT Training Institute is committed to delivering quality training, professional mentorship, and practical learning experiences to every student.
Please read before making payment
By registering for any Loctech course, program, workshop, bootcamp, certification, or training service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
All payments made for course registration, tuition, training materials, certification programs, workshops, or related services are final and non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after payment
- Failure to attend classes or training sessions
- Inability to complete the course
- Personal, work, travel, or financial reasons
- Lack of required devices, internet access, or technical readiness
- Missed classes, assessments, or examinations
- Withdrawal from the program after commencement
A refund shall only be considered if Loctech IT Training Institute fails to deliver the training program or service as officially agreed with the student or client.
In such cases:
- The refund process is subject to management review and approval.
- Applicable administrative charges and Value Added Tax (VAT) deductions shall apply before any refund is processed.
- A refund will only cover the actual training fee paid after statutory deductions.
In special cases, management may consider rescheduling a student to another batch or training session, subject to approval and availability. Rescheduling does not constitute a refund.
Approved course transfers to another person or program may attract administrative charges and must be authorized by management.
All certification, examination, and third-party vendor fees are strictly non-refundable once payment has been processed.
Loctech IT Training Institute reserves the right to modify training schedules, instructors, class formats, or training venues when necessary without refund obligations.
By making payment and enrolling in any training program, the student confirms full acceptance of this No Refund Policy.
