At Loctech IT Training School, we are committed to providing high-quality education and ensuring student satisfaction. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to withdraw from a course. This refund policy outlines the conditions and procedures for requesting a refund.
Available if you withdraw within 7 days of enrollment and before the first class begins.
Available if you withdraw within the first week of classes (first 5 class days).
Available if you withdraw within the second week of classes (days 6-10).
If you withdraw between weeks 2-4, you may transfer your payment as credit toward a future cohort within 12 months.
Email your refund request to finance@loctechng.com with your full name, course enrolled, enrollment date, and reason for withdrawal.
Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days. You may be contacted for additional information.
Once approved, you'll receive confirmation via email. Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank transfers may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect.
We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of documented medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances, we may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our student services team with supporting documentation.
If Loctech cancels a course or cohort for any reason, students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available cohort at no additional cost.
